How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 400ml of water, stir or shake well, and sip your way to feel-good focus and skin support. Take it once daily, ideally in the morning or early afternoon — whenever you need steady energy without the crash.

Add 1 serving (2 heaped scoops) to 400ml of hot or cold water, or blend into your favourite smoothie. For best results, add the powder first to help it dissolve more easily. If using Unflavoured Collagen, you can mix it into any food or drink — including coffee, baking, or other recipes.

Evening: Collagen Dream Hot Chocolate
30 minutes before bed, mix 2 scoops with 200–250ml of hot water and stir until smooth.
